Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags are still attached and the merchandise is in new condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

Ship and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
